Status: placeholder. This guide may be written after launch if it's needed; the account UI is mostly self-explanatory.

Account-level settings — the things that are about you rather than about a particular calendar. Password and email.

For now, these settings live under Settings → Account: Profile (display name and language; your username is shown there but cannot be changed), Security (email, password) and Calendars (every calendar you own or edit, with a way to create one or to leave a calendar you edit). Log out is the last row of the Settings list.
